In 2012, the Global Aggregate Spend Reporting team was formed to manage the requirements of the National Physician Payment Transparency Program: Open Payments (The Sunshine Act) and similar non-US regulations/guidelines (EFPIA, France Bertrand Act, etc.). The global team is now expanding to encompass more international requirements and needs a strong candidate (Grade 32, Senior PM) to lead data monitoring, data quality, and data integration efforts. The remit interfaces with many cross-functional areas within Quintiles both and across a broad external customer spectrum.

- Identify current source systems and data included that would be helpful for reporting (data that we need currently that is manual to gather or a new required data point we need to capture…e.g. non-US physician IDs)
- Develop a program to spot check data completeness and accuracy (e.g. check site payment history reports against the data flowing into the reports, identify and research any discrepancies)
- Business Line Data Capture
- Work with teams such as CEVA, Consulting and Phase I to ensure all data points required for reporting have been funneled across correctly into our reporting system
- Set up a program to monitor data accuracy with the identified groups, work with IA/QA on a spot check plan (they will be doing a deep dive once per year so they may be able to use the findings of the monitoring program as a starting point)
