Position Purpose
This position is a key role leading the recruitment and hiring initiatives within several business units across the Latin America region.
- Manage full-cycle staffing needs for cross-functional client groups through the development and implementation of strategic sourcing strategies.
- Develop, manage, measure and communicate industry best practices surrounding talent acquisition.
- Implement a core, common and consistent approach to finding key talent for the company.
- Become a strategic recruiting advisor, building value and trust with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
Major/Key Accountabilities
Recruiting Process
- Clarify job specifications, requirements, hiring timelines, communication, and make recommendations where necessary.
- Post job openings on inter-company site and external sites.
- Identify and review qualified applicants/resumes from the Applicant Tracking System (ATS/Peopleclick)
- Apply Boolean and other sourcing techniques on Linkedin, with local networking groups and social media to build the passive talent pipeline; and utilize technology to keep in contact with Talent Communities.
- Conduct initial pre-screen and telephone interviews to assess candidate’s abilities, qualifications, and fit.
- Ensure effective communication and relationship building with all candidates in the pipeline
- Educate hiring managers on available talent pool
- Ensure all interviews are properly documented and scheduled
- Research and ensure staffing department attendance at local, regional, national and niche market job fairs
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and internal HR departments for recruitment and back-office/on-boarding procedures
HRIS/ATS
- Manage data integrity of content of HRIS /ATS
- Ensure ATS is maintained according to system capabilities and company policy.
Metrics
- Ensures all staffing reporting requirements are maintained in appropriate systems
- Maintain and provide staffing and metrics data on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
- Measure, compile and analyze metrics and make recommendations on strategic initiatives based on analysis
- Present metric information to business unit leaders and HR staff to develop strategies to meet organizational strategic objectives

Qualifications
- BA or BS in Human Resources, Business or related field
Experience
- 3-5 years of professional recruiting/talent acquisition experience in a large corporate environment
- 2+ years of external agency, search firm/staffing experience
- Experience with sourcing strategies and technologies for passive candidate market (Boolean searching, Linkedin Recruiter, etc.)
- Comfortable in high volume corporate recruiting environment
- Experience with any of the following and/or open to recruiting in the areas of: Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Customer Service, Plant Operations, IT and other as assigned.
Skills and Knowledge
- Proven track record of recruitment success in an agency or corporate environment.
- Experience with web-based applicant tracking systems (Peopleclick, Workday, Taleo, BrassRing, or similar)
- Knowledge of Boolean sourcing on Linkedin, Google, Local Job boards, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple full-cycle requisitions and assignments
- Strong drive for results and commitment to a high caliber level of service to internal customers.
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
- Problem solving skills
- Strong computer and technical proficiency, with a working knowledge of MS office and Web-based applications.
- Knowledge of EEO, FLSA regulations related to hiring and recruiting.
