Bridge is seeking a qualified and energetic Front Office Coordinator to provide excellent customer service and support to international students and staff at our language center in Denver.

Position: Front Office Coordinator (Full-Time)


Location: BridgeEnglish Language Center in Central Denver


Reports to: Center Director


Start Date: May 2016


Summary of Responsibilities:
The Front Office Coordinator performs a variety of administrative duties to support both international students and Bridge staff . As the Front Office Coordinator, you will:


Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective students, by answering and fielding calls appropriately, assisting with program inquiries and registrations, and processing other student requests and paperwork.


Manage the register, taking payments and issuing receipts.


Ensure school is kept well organized and assist with ordering office supply needs.


Assist staff with a variety of daily administrative duties.


Desired Experience and Skills:
Experience:
2+ years in administrative role.


Associate degree or higher.


Experience working at a small- or medium-sized company.


Experience working in an international environment highly desired.


Skills:
Must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to establish rapport with students of diverse backgrounds and work well with all levels of staff.


Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Must possess a professional demeanor and demonstrate discretion and tact in managing email, telephone calls and other requests.


Ability to multi-task and complete a variety assignments accurately and on time. Strong attention to detail.


Self-motivated and fast learner; able to work independently and as part of a team.


Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). Experience with Salesforce a plus.


Ability to speak a second language is a plus.


Compensation:
