Manager of Sales Development - QuanticMind - San Francisco, CA

This position reports into the Vice President of Sales Intelligence.


Responsibilities


  • Set monthly targets, track progress, and right the ship if it goes off course.

  • Create sales training materials.

  • Run regular training session on both process and messaging.

  • Meet regularly with Sales Managers to share learnings and solicit feedback.

  • Sit in on Sales Development Representative SDR calls.

  • Provide regular feedback to improve performance.

  • Evaluate outbound SDR communications.

  • Make recommendations for improvement.

  • Identify and implement new sales tech tools to improve efficiency.

  • Provide weekly forecasts and progress reports to the sales leadership team.

  • Develop improve processes and reporting. Be responsible for monthly, quarterly, and yearly qualified leads and revenue objectives.

  • Collaborate with the greater sales org to develop a growth path for successful SDRs.

  • Recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training all new SDR team members.

Requirements


  • Keen attention to detail, data, processes, and documentation

  • A history of meeting or exceeding targets as an SDR (individual contributor) at a B2B SaaS company

  • A documented record of management success– in terms of meeting or exceeding targets, creating effective processes, and most importantly, leading a happy team.

  • Deep knowledge of SFDC and sales email automation tools

  • The organizational skills to come up with a system or schedule for maintaining a high volume of daily outbound calls and emails to multiple audiences

  • Excellent writing and editing skills

  • Ability to hire, engage, nurture and coach team members

  • A thick skin and competitive nature

  • 2 years successful management experience.

  • 3+ years successful Sales Development / Business Development / Lead Generation experience.

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and results-oriented.

  • Ability to relocate to Buenos Aires, Argentina

Education:

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
