Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for leading and measuring the success of complex, global change management initiatives that drive improved business outcomes. Essential to this responsibility is the ability to forge strong partnerships with business and functional leaders to drive successful outcomes associated with the people side of change when large-scale projects or initiatives are underway. This person will be a subject-matter expert in CSL’s change management strategies, methodologies and resources that guide leaders and change management practitioners across the company. Additionally, the role will support the Senior Director, Global Change Management in designing and formulating change management plans and communications that support CSL’s core people strategies and processes related to performance management, employee engagement, culture development and workforce analytics.
Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Serve as a subject-matter expert in CSL’s change management methodologies and industry leading change management theories, practices and processes.
Lead global change management teams focused on progressing change management strategies and plans that significantly impact the company in terms of scale, cost or people measures; serve as an internal change management leader.
Design and execute change management programs, including internal communications, focused on executing core people and culture strategies being driven from the Talent COE, such as performance management.
Create change management plans that accompany the implementation of employee surveys; lead all efforts, including project teams that are responsible for executing employee surveys; create resources and tools that assist the organization in interpreting and acting upon results.
Measure the effectiveness of change management plans associated with significant organization investments; aggregate findings and present recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement efforts related to CSL’s change management capabilities.
Lead and execute the process to regularly review and act upon key workforce analytics; bring forward insights grounded in human analytics coupled with recommended talent management plans to drive improved outcomes; serve as the primary liaison to the HR operations/metrics team.
Build capability with Human Resources by ensuring the team has access to change management, performance management and employee engagement resources and skill building.
Consult to HR and business leaders regarding how to drive and optimize desired outcomes through the application of change management strategies, processes and plans.
Build change management capability in the total organization by leading learning and development efforts that result in practical knowledge enhancement and skill building for targeted populations.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field of business is required.
Master’s degree in a human resources, organization development, I/O psychology or statistical field of study is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a for-profit, business environment
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in human resources’ positions
Minimum of 10 years’ experience leading global change management and/or performance management strategies and initiatives
Experience leading project and/or change management teams
Competencies:
Leadership of complex, global change initiatives
Strong team management and influence skills
Employee engagement behavioral knowledge and organizational practices, including survey execution
Strong business relationship management skills
Quantitative and qualitative workforce measurement and data analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Project and process management expertise
