Job Purpose:
Solutions, Supports and Configures the HR Information Systems to support the Organization
Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Delivers of technology solutions including but not limited to the Employee Cloud Workday implementation. Develops recommendations and solutions to technology that have been identified to meet the current and future business needs.
Provides production support including configurations, data analysis, security set up and alignment. Performs the analysis and configurations required to maintain and test the production environments used throughout the organization.
Responsible for meeting their assignment dates and deliverables.
Contributes to the HR functional and SAAS technical execution as per established project plans.
Maintains a commitment to quality and timely support of HR systems.
Tests updates/upgrades as announced by vendors. Identifies impacts on the organization and makes recommendations for implementations of such updates. Tests and implements appropriate changes based on analysis and governance input.
Adheres to priorities and support requirements with the global and local IT departments and HR functional staff and others as appropriate based on business needs.
Maintain positive relationships with HR constituents to effectively deliver HR SYSTEMS configurations, security and data. Work collaboratively to meet the organizations need for standard, consistent requirements while ensuring the constituents gain understanding and align with the recommendations.
Maintain tools, training and technical support of Talent, HCM or Integration/Data/Security.
Depending on assignments, may configure/maintain absence plans, assist with merit planning technical set up; provide mass uploads, set up talent pools, contribute to annual performance configurations, maintain HCM core set ups and maintain and develop simple interfaces.

Qualifications
Education:
BS Degree within Business/ HR/Technology or related field or commensurate experience required
IHRIM and/or SHRM certification a plus
Training in SaaS, specifically Workday preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in HRIS or HR systems.
Experience in supporting SaaS HR technologies such as Workday.
Knowledge of HR Functional and Technical systems
Experience working within global HR technologies preferred
Demonstrated ability to support production while executing on new projects
Demonstrated partnerships with constituents ensuring collaboration
Demonstrated strong communications and ability to resolve conflict while meeting the standard and consistent needs of the organization
