Position Overview
The CRM Solutions Project Manager will leverage the Salesforce platform to deliver strategic business initiatives in Global Business Solutions. Consults with internal clients to clearly define the current state & desired future state in order to prescribe the best fitting CRM solution. Assess end-to-end impacts of project to ensure a comprehensive & creative solution. Documents project plans, leads communication, manages budget & timelines while maintaining the highest quality deliverable to the client.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate effective project management skills with a desire to grow and further develop PM methodology. Experience working with all levels of an organization, including senior, technical, and non-technical teams. Work effectively across a wide range of stakeholders. Ability to build positive working relationships and drive strong team engagement a necessity.
Communicate clearly and concisely through both written and verbal communication. Communication is global, cross-functional and to various levels within the organization based on the client involved. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to promote diversity. Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Business Analysts, IT and subject matter experts to thoroughly manage the project. Partner with functional and internal teams to share information, build consensus, and help ensure work aligns with internal strategic priorities and achieves common goals.
Conduct regular meeting routines with global/functional teams and internal teams to facilitate communication, monitor activities, track progress, manage budget and address/resolve issues. This role will facilitate sessions with internal clients to document & capture project information & communicate on project progress.
Documentation of formal project plans including Charters, Communication Plans, Timelines, Risks/Issues, Action Logs, Client Updates, etc.
Guide cross-functional project teams to ensure they have appropriate access to information, tools, and other resources needed to complete their tasks on schedule.
Assess change management requirements as a holistic part of the project launch & provide guidance to the client.
Discern and document business value of all project work having a mind-set of Operational Excellence
Manage and administer Salesforce user licenses to ensure security compliance and meet business demand.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required
Related Work Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in delivering & leading projects successfully; Knowledge of PMP methodology or other project management training course; Salesforce Certification (preferred)

Project Management: Ability to use appropriate tools and techniques to plan and secure resources to manage, assist and ensure the progress and ultimate completion of designated projects; effectively manage time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently. Including but not limited to: Project Charter, Project Plans, Project Sponsors, Status Routines, Change and Decision logs, Risk/Issue Management, Communication Plans, and Change Management Plans.
Experience with Salesforce Service Platform and basic knowledge of offerings & applications.
LEAN Six Sigma Training or other process improvement equivalent basics
