The Planning team is responsible for:
Defining the operational plan

Overseeing capital planning

Developing and analyzing strategic business cases

Ad-hoc analysis and decision support documents

Defining success KPIs and reporting procedures Job Contribution: Deliver high quality, added value analysis & reporting procedures to support GM level managers identify, communicate and drive both operational and financial opportunities in our Latin America organizations. Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Examine the unique needs of the business to develop relevant practices and procedures for business case modeling & analysis, forecasting, and operational & financial reporting.

Demonstrate in depth knowledge of business KPIs and how these drive business performance, economics and income statements results.

Leverage modeling skills, including the ability to interpret disparate and complex data, integrating both financial and operational analysis into a synthesized set of hypotheses and conclusions.

Work in multidisciplinary and multicultural project based teams, manage ongoing relationships with Market’s leadership, and feel comfortable making recommendations.

Participate in weekly calls with Senior Management, in order to understand, communicate and report on regional trends.

Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting requests, by designing and developing reports to facilitate management’s decision making.

Monitor and report on AT&T Capital Process adherence.

Work closely with the Analytics & Reporting group to create and maintain efficient and secure systems for recording data and producing relevant reports. Education: Typically, a master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience:
