Overview

The Accounting Coordinator (Time and Expenses) position is a key member of the Accounting/Finance team and works in the areas of reporting and auditing employee time and expenses. Overall duties and responsibilities are below:

Generate reports for invoicing and billing.

Work with employees/clients on time and expense related issues to resolve.

Assist with Bi-weekly payroll process.

Work with internal consultant leads to develop client project specific reports, as needed.

Weekly/Bi-Weekly/Monthly VMS client payment audit development and reporting.

Monthly receivables analysis.

Assist with special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required.

Requirements

Recent college graduate (Business Administration or Accounting/Finance) or 1-2 years of experience.

Effective written and verbal communication skills; high attention to detail.

Ability to interact with co-workers in a team environment; work with clients in a professional manner.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word and Outlook).
