Purpose

Learning Operations provides stewardship of the Global Training process for BSC and directly supports all indirect-labor learners’ (non-product builders) learning. We sustain and continuously improve the processes and systems that learners, supervisors, and training content owners use to ensure that the right people get the right training at the right time. Learning Operations provides a unique opportunity to support the growth and development of people at BSC by designing, building, deploying, and sustaining processes used by over 20,000 people globally.

Responsibilities

Manage projects to support improvement of learning processes and systems.

Consult with business representatives to support training assignment decisions and actions.

Identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of learning systems and processes (process improvement/reengineering projects).

Evaluates internal control systems and recommends improvements in controls.

Works with external vendors to define requirements and develop process flows, perform critical analysis of activities, conduct system data analysis, and transaction testing.

Manage pilot process and testing for learning solutions.

Participate on cross-functional teams to continuously support and improve learning systems and processes.

Primary point of contact to support administrators of the Learning Management System.

May design, implement, or support the development and use of learning assessment methodologies and tools.

Conducts data analysis and applies problem solving methodologies to solve complex learning process and system problems with broad business impact.

Qualifications :
3-5 years of experience as a SME for a Quality System process or sub-process

Proficient with Microsoft office suite, including advanced Excel skills

Advanced knowledge of validated Learning Management Systems preferred (e.g. myLearning, Plateau)

Advanced knowledge of SQL and custom reporting tools preferred

Advanced knowledge of Quality System regulation knowledge preferred

Team player, strong communicator and collaborator

Demonstrates success working in a fast paced, matrixed environment
