Job Description

**Candidates will need to complete an application in full in order to be considered for employment at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel. Attaching a resume to a candidate profile while leaving other fields blank will be considered an incomplete application.** As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first contact guests have with the Sheraton. You will welcome guests upon arrival. General responsibilities include guest registration, verification of personal information, and accepting payments from guests. In addition, you will share information regarding the Starwood Preferred Guest program, and invite guests to join.

Requirements

Education High school or equivalent education required. Experience 1 Year Previous face-to-face Customer Service Experience Required 6+ months Front Desk Hotel Experience Preferred Licenses or Certificates Not Applicable. Grooming All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Starwood standards.
