Lead QA Analyst - SGN - Seattle, WA

SGN is on the hunt for the best and brightest Lead QA Analyst in Bellevue to work on our next generation of cross-platform games. We’re looking for a jack-of-all-trades type, who isn’t afraid to dive into complex problems and own the outcomes. The ideal candidate is passionate about gaming and has excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). They are an independent self-starter with sound judgement and strong analytical skills.

Our studio and culture is geared towards producing the best quality games in the world and having fun while we do it. SGN has a full team of in-house artists, designers, game and web developers. Our core technology allows developers to plug into a scalable backend, flexible game frameworks, analytics and cross-platform methodologies. SGN is growing, profitable and has offices in LA, SD, SF and Argentina.

Specifically, we’re looking for someone who can:

• Author and execute complex test plans

Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but high quality work history is much more important.


• 2+ years of QA experience. Mobile/Social preferred.


• Lead or Assistant Lead experience preferred.


• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.


• Ability to work in fast paced and often times unpredictable environment.


• Ability to work independently and take initiative to overcome challenges and solve problems.


• Must be a dependable, hard worker.


• Outstanding written and oral communication skills


• Desire and ability to work collaboratively in a small group dynamic


• Passion and enthusiasm for Mobile and Facebook as gaming platforms


• Must love games: personally, professionally and in all ways!
