Office Manager - SGN - Seattle, WA

SGN is on the hunt for a Office Manager in Bellevue to support our gaming teams while they work on our next generation of top-10 cross-platform games. We’re looking for a great personality who can oversee the day-to-day administration tasks in our Bellevue Studio.

Our studio and culture is geared towards producing the best quality games in the world and having fun while we do it. SGN has a full team of in-house artists, designers, game and web developers. Our core technology allows developers to plug into a scalable backend, flexible game frameworks, analytics and cross-platform methodologies. SGN is growing, profitable and has offices in Seattle, LA, SD, SF, Palo Alto and Argentina.

Specifically, we’re looking for someone who can:

• Take ownership of the office and everything that comes with it: facilities, employee needs, vendor relations, HR coordination and anything else that may come up.


• Be the liaison between Headquarters in LA and our Bellevue studio


• Create an engaging work environment: both for work and play.

Experience and Skills

• MUST have 1-2 years of admin experience in an office setting


• Broad knowledge of, and passion for gaming


• A sense of discretion and confidentiality


• A sense of humor & creativity


• Outstanding written and oral communication skills


• Desire and ability to work collaboratively in a small group dynamic


• Passion and enthusiasm for people operations, events & culture.
