Your Function:
Position is needed to greet and direct incoming visitors, answer and process phone calls, coordinate conference room reservations as well as instruct couriers and service personnel.

Coordinate entry into the Building by pre-registering all visitors, guests and service personnel. Meet and greet all visitors, guests and service personnel of the Bank and direct appropriately.

As a back-up to the Mailroom, sign for courier packages and coordinate outgoing messenger packages with the Building messenger center.

Update the telephone directory based on HR notifications. Maintain conference room schedules on the Room Wizard web based application. Your Profile:

Previous front line customer service or reception experience required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to use Microsoft Office for E-Mail and basic word documents.

High school diploma: college level courses in communication desirable or relevant experience. We Offer:
