Position Description: Support the T & D Director in addressing the ongoing training needs of the entire commercial roles. Acts as a facilitator to prepare, coordinate and deliver training programs. Conducts follow-up of training programs, updates ongoing programs. Designs, develops, and delivers sales training course materials, including, but not limited to: new sales representative program, ongoing sales representative development, field trainer program, and sales management development programs. Provides field sales training support to other areas. Creates and maintains electronic or web based training portals of training, assessment and learning reinforcement tools.
Qualifications
Qualifications: Education: A minimum of a BS / BA is required, MBA Preferred. Experiences and Skills: – 8/10 years or more of Training Experience. Regional experience is desired. – Experience in Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred
Language: Fluency in English required, Portuguese desirable
