Training & Development Specialist

Position Description: Conducts all the supportings & transactional activities required to assure the implementation of the training & development strategy (including the development of training materials, data bases, etc. Creates and maintains electronic or web based training portals of training, assessment and learning reinforcement tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assesses and addresses the ongoing training needs of the entire sales force based on sales direction.


• Acts as a facilitator to prepare, coordinate and deliver training programs.


• Trains/coaches new and existing representatives in areas of product knowledge, selling skills, administrative procedures, time and territory management.


• Acts as instructional designer to design training programs, conducts follow-up of training programs, updates ongoing programs.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
Education: A minimum of a BS / BA is required, MBA Preferred. Experiences and Skills: – 5 years or more of Training Experience. Regional experience is desired. – Experience in Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferred

Language: Fluency in English required, Portuguese desirable
