Your Function:
Job Overview/Purpose:
The position will be responsible for NAW (North American Wholesale) SAM deals with respect to structuring, analysis, documentation, negotiation, industry research and financial modelling. The Individual will play an active role in bank group and borrower meetings. Additionally, this role is expected to build relationships with NAW Bankers and Head Office.
Context of Job:
The individual will play a key role within SAM and Rabobank by assisting with the management of the bank’s stressed assets. A strong ability to multi-task and problem solve is critical. Ability to read and understand legal documents is critical. An ability to be a team player with a strong understanding of Credit and restructuring deals. Your Profile:
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Analyze credit risk, structure, credit products, loan documentation, negotiating and financial modelling.
Work on development, execution and monitoring of restructuring strategy. Ability to analyze the deal structures (including documentation and financials).
Become familiar with and complete internal bank reporting (loan applications, various SAM specific reporting packages). Work closely with back office to insure loan bookings are proper.
Effectively communicate in both written and oral manners in both small and large group sessions.
