Senior Solutions QA Engineer - MuleSoft - San Francisco, CA

Software QA Engineers at MuleSoft are sharp with great analytical skills to handle complex integration validation of MuleSoft product portfolio with advanced technologies and state of the art automation tools. We are fast paced group and growing fast. The team handles entire functional, regression and automation aspects of deliverables. You will be working with teams in Argentina and San Francisco handling automation aspects for our Anypoint integration and Anypoint API platform technologies that support both on premise and SasS mode of delivery.

About the Position:

• Responsible for Solution and Inter-op validation of MuleSoft Product suite. Should understand complex architecture and come up with strategy to validate cross product interoperability


• Responsible for understanding complex customer environments and develop test suites to validate reference architecture and customer deployments. Should be able to develop solution use cases that customers use daily


• Should undertake medium to big quality initiatives and should be able to execute them working with QA teams and other cross-functional teams


• Should be able to give presentations to customers and other cross-functional teams on the quality assurance methodologies and processes if there is a need. Should be able to publish white papers on deployment and other software processes for external consumption


• Proficient with latest technologies in test automation and should be able to automate cross product test scenarios in agile development environment


• Should have mastery in one of the languages to maintain existing automation or write new framework


• Responsible for establishing and providing visibility to all stake holders on the status and quality levels through out the project execution and post release as well.

About You:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related discipline


• 8+ years experience in software testing/quality assurance with strong background in building comprehensive test suites and delivering high quality products. Experience in complex Interop, System level, Resiliency and reliability or solution validation is a must


• Proficient in Agile SDLC process and worked in fast paced development environment


• Testing APIs, Web services and highly integrated products is required


• Design & Development of automation frameworks, including automation testing tools, open source tools & scripting languages


• Experience with enterprise level platforms with multitier architecture is a must


• Should have led Jr level QA engineers to deliver projects


• Should demonstrate career trajectory with top level achievements in prior jobs
