Real Estate Program Leader - JLL - New York, NY

JLL is currently seeking a Real Estate Integration Program Leader to drive the development and implementation of the account Integration Program for the Americas, covering US, Canada, Mexico and Argentina. Preferred position location is NY Metro area. Some travel is required.


Position Objectives:
Lead the necessary behavioral changes for all service teams to ensure that a culture of natural integration is embedded within each country.


Process, tools and measures to enable program delivery


Establish and lead a framework to integrate project delivery teams


Demonstrate successful implementation and results of the Integration program


Client and internal stakeholder management


Responsibilities:
Estimated 50% of time managing stakeholders and 50% managing the program delivery aspects


Day to Day Operations to include:
Serve as the Integration SME responsible for creation, utilization and continuous improvement of Integration process maps, tools and reporting


Lead the JLL Service Line Leaders, Supplier Partners and Clients in relation to integration of all aspects of service delivery


Initiate and lead Project kick-off meetings and ensure follow through from internal and external team members, including clients


Lead internal and external alignment meetings and determine appropriate service team follow up based on project size and scope.


Establish a robust communication program, including tracking/reporting of compliance and successful Stage Gate adherence, taking the lead to resolve issues with non-compliance or missed objectives


Ensure successful delivery on a project-by-project basis,


including identification and mitigation of risks


Management of and regular communication with JLL and client stakeholders to inform of progress, and jointly address/resolve risk and issues


Establish a Governance framework and ensure compliance with the agreed governance program


Key Performance Measures:
The Program Leader is responsible to assure all success measures related to the project/program are met or exceeded, including the following areas: • Client Satisfaction • Program meeting overall Program Goals • Strong working relationships developed within the integrated account team, with all parties aligned to program success • Occupancy/Portfolio Plan • Real Estate Transactions • Financial Performance • Capital and Expense Budgets • Schedule • Quality • Move • Facility Operation at handover • Operations and Maintenance handover


Key Competencies:
BA/BS in real estate, project management, architecture, construction, engineering or finance preferred.


7-10 years of experience in corporate real estate service delivery, transaction management or project management


Demonstrated successful client relationship management skills


Demonstrated, successful, strong leadership skills


Strong analytical skills including root cause analysis and solution development


Outstanding organizational, change management and time management skills


Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and Microsoft Project


Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders, and a variable and distributed organization
