Job Deliverables
Task Description / Performance Expectations Time % Identify, analyze and optimize reporting landscape and procedures to support the implementation of a regional reporting process that will ensure standardized calculations and improved data quality in the Operations areas of Americas region. Develop presentations to communicate findings. 35 Manage the regional reporting process; monitor and communicate progress updates against plans and milestones; redesign approach, as appropriate; evaluate outcomes against goals or criteria. 30 Analyze Operational metrics (OPIs) for the various countries, establishing follow up procedures such as coordinating meetings (e.g. meeting logistics, delivery presentations, facilitation workshops/project meetings, etc.). Create reports and communicate progress on a regular basis. 25 Support the Regional Operations Team with tracking metrics and mapping processes within the Operations areas. Travel time to other countries will be scheduled as needed but estimated to be 25% of the total workload. 10

Bachelor’s Degree is required. Recommended majors include:

Six Sigma (green or black belt), LEAN Six Sigma, and/or PMI PMP are not required but are strongly preferred.
This role requires a minimum of 5 years of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes:

Finance – 3+ years of experience
Management – 2+ years of experience
Strategy – 3+ years of experience
