About the Position : Tendenza Cucina powered by RENO® is currently seeking a Kitchen Sales Representative/Designer in Miami area. We are searching for highly motivated sales professionals to interact one-on-one with our Customers. This is not a typical sales position; we need professionals with an eye for design that can close the deal. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate a solid history of lead development and consistent sales volume history. Additionally, the ideal candidate should demonstrate a great attitude, take-charge type with superb communication, organization skills, high energy and understanding of the importance of customer service.** Your Capabilities and Credentials: Proven ability to follow-up with customers for leads & quotes to maximize sales and meet sales objectives. Proven track record of exceptional closing skills, verbal and written communication skills, creative problem-solving, and customer service with demanding clients. Extremely organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated/self-directed, energetic and personable. Ability to adapt to a changing environment and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of CAD, 2020, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Note)
Responsibilities:
Measure, design, follow-up, close, and order multiple kitchens efficiently under tight deadlines Maintain knowledge of all cabinet lines and relative pricing Maintain knowledge of appliance and counter top options Work closely with technical designers and installers Maintain a positive attitude under pressure Develop new business via telephone and networking events as well as work with company-generated leads. Measure, design, present and sell cabinetry and other related products used in kitchen remodel or new construction projects. Participate in showroom duty/sales coverage and special marketing events as required. Responsible for keeping General Manager informed of lead & project status
