Quality Assurance Analyst - SGN - Culver City, CA

SGN is on the hunt for the best and brightest Quality Assurance Tester to work on our next generation of top-10 cross-platform games. We’re looking for someone who loves mobile and casual Match-3 games. The ideal candidate can’t stop playing Match-3 games and is consistently at the end of content.

Our studio and culture is geared towards producing the best quality games in the world and having fun while we do it. SGN has a full team of in-house artists, designers, game and web developers. Our core technology allows developers to plug into a scalable backend, flexible game frameworks, analytics and cross-platform methodologies. SGN is growing, profitable and has offices in LA, SD, SF and Argentina.

Specifically, we’re looking for someone who can:

• Test mobile games to ensure a flawless player experience by thoroughly checking for and reporting bugs to the team


• Are you at end of content or level 300+ on Sugar Smash: Book of Life, Cookie Jam or any of the top Match-3 games out there? Is so we are looking for you!


• Work closely with the development team to test new features or mechanics


• Share their knowledge of the Match-3 genre and provide insight on competitive products


• Accurately execute on all assigned test cases


• Enter detailed, but concise bugs into a bug database


• Provide qualitative feedback insight as to the playability of a title

Experience and Skills

• Tech Savvy and technically proficient with modern mobile devices across all platforms


• Attention to detail and positive personality


• Reliable with the ability to work in a team environment


• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.


• Driven to learn new things and take on more responsibility


• Passion for casual mobile game


• Computer literacy with both hardware and software.
