We combine industry expertise with innovative technology to deliver critical information to leading decision makers in the financial and risk, legal, tax and accounting, intellectual property and science and media markets, powered by the world’s most trusted news organization.Role PurposeTo provide a value-added service to the customer by analyzing their requirements and customizing applications, using market specific knowledge.ResponsibilitiesWorks as part of a project implementation team to conduct business analysis.Identifies opportunities to provide customized solutions to the customer.Assists with the development and documentation of analytical results, and with the presentation of these elements to customers.Customizes and configures applications to agreed specifications.Designs, develops and documents workbooks, spreadsheets and associated deliverables within forecast time-scales and budgets agreed with customers.Supports other team members with analytic activities, including assisting with the development and execution of test plans.Provides market information from the field to appropriate Marketing and Product Management groups to assist product development.Remote training of end users and customer development staff in the functionality of products.Provide ongoing support for escalated problems.Scope & ImpactWorks on smaller, minimally complex projects that require a singular area of expertise.Typically works on one project at a time.Impact is within the immediate project team but can be across projects.Work is generally predictable and decisions taken are made within guidelines set by others.Accountable for the quality of own work delivered within agreed procedures and timeframes and focused on internal and/or external customer needs.Works independently within defined parameters taking ownership of problems within own area of knowledge.
