Functions The Analyst will work very closely with a senior member of the Latin America Debt Capital Markets team to help prepare all the marketing materials for the structuring, origination and execution of international bond issues and liability management transactions for clients throughout Latin America with a focus on Sovereigns and Government Agencies in Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Chile and Argentina. The primary activities performed by the Analyst will include: Prepare presentations, pitchbooks and proposals for clientsGather and process market information including bonds secondary pricing and new issue information for use in client presentationsAssist the team in the execution of all aspects of international bond transactions including coordinating conference calls, preparing working group lists, preparing marketing materials and proposals, preparing market updates, preparing deal reviews, assisting in the documentation and due diligence processes, carrying out the relevant internal processes and assisting in roadshow coordination and logisticsBuild debt maturity profiles and simulate debt exchangesAssist in the preparation of indicative pricing and in the analysis of liability management transactionsCarry out industry and company specific analysis in connection with corporate client financing proposalsInteract with clients on specific assignments/tasks (examples include preparation of a roadshow presentation, and information requests) |
