Summary
Achieve net sales growth & POS objectives for Walmart & Club International by:
Work in alignment to support Walmart/Club AEMEA, Canada, and Latin America sales plan; directly responsible for leading, analyzing, maintaining, tracking POS budgets, Hershey’s gross invoice sales, net sales, trade budgets, forecasts, and financial measurements
Develop, maintain, and update a Walmart & Costco P&L; deliver insights and solutions that will impact the current and future P&L within Latin America
Work in alignment with Hershey’s in-country country general managers, sales leaders, marketing leaders, to deliver annual net sales targets within Latin America
Measure performance on a monthly basis; ensuring all objectives are met; build & communicate the monthly Joint Business Plan scorecard for Walmart International & Club markets
Establish and support new Walmart International Category/Joint Business Planning projects
Collaborate with all of Walmart/Club Latin Americas divisions, supplier development teams in country, across all banners, in partnership with the Director of Walmart International & Club
Develop, and manage a broad range of support material and tools needed to achieve an accelerated growth model within Walmart & Costco Latin America
Build and execute GBI (Global Branded Import) plans, and in-store activations in Mexico, Central America, Brazil, Chile, and Argentina.
Primary relationship builder with Walmart & Club Key Decision makers across Latin America, and an expert in knowing and responding to the unique strategies and goals of Walmart & Club
Responsibilities
Support the development of Hershey’s business at Walmart/Club in International markets:
Support Hershey’s annual quarterly and monthly sales objectives for Walmart/Club International
Measure performance on a monthly basis; ensuring all objectives are met; build & communicate the monthly Joint Business Plan scorecard for Walmart International & Club
Achieves sales and share targets for Walmart/Club International by leading, coaching, and training in-country teams. Measure performance on a monthly basis; ensuring all objectives are met; build & communicate the monthly Joint Business Plan scorecard for Walmart International. Develop the analytical framework by which the Category Strategy and Insights team and CSE’s generate selling stories. Ensure that each of the countries are utilizing the retail link platform in building and executing business opportunities with Walmart International.
Support Hershey’s endeavor to develop a winning Sales organization in key International markets by providing and developing key category & technical support across all Walmart markets
Work with the Customer Sales Executives, Team Leads, Director of Walmart International & Club, and Sr. Managers on the Walmart International & Club team to help Sales/Category teams on the ground with understanding and analyzing customer accounts
Help with the sales team’s toolbox to drive business and achieve excellence in execution
Building global insights and best practices focused around becoming a front end global consultant for Walmart International
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
Experience: 7-9 Years Experience in sales and category management with at least 5 years of responsiblity for Walmart
