Your Function:
Job Overview/Purpose:
Work with Credit Analysts and business units covering Project Finance, Acquisition Finance, Asset Based Finance, Global Client Solutions and the International Desk. Work will cover new and existing portfolio deals.
Time spent on deals for different groups will vary based on deal flow, however most work is expected to be with the Project Finance business (due to current volume and size of portfolio) and the International Desk.
Context of Job:
The Corporate Finance credit team supports 5 businesses: Project Finance, Acquisition Finance, Asset Based Finance, Global Client Solutions and the International Desk. The Associate will work on deals and portfolio monitoring across these businesses.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Managing portfolio of existing PF deals – Keeping up-to-date on reporting; Preparing reviews; Quarterly monitoring sheets; Involvement in amendments, waivers, consents
Performing credit analyses for ABF deals – Specifically analysis of debtors in TRPF deals
Supporting International Desk on new credit applications and annual reviews
Ad hoc corporate credit analyses to support ABF securitizations
Join deal teams working on new deals with business units
Key Relationships:
Internal Contacts will include Credit Risk functions, Finance and the business teams (PF, AF, ABF, GCS and International Desk)

Qualifications:
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 2 years of credit/lending experience
Desirable:
Experience with project finance transactions
Formal credit training at a major bank
