Olapic is seeking an innovation project manager to join a growing team creating and developing a new product offering to enhance our current suite of products.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Develop and execute processes to bring goals of project to fruition

  • Manage relationship with early adopters of new product offering

  • Manage timelines and deliverables internally and externally

  • Ensure clients are seeing the full value of the offering and providing actionable, useful feedback to the team

  • Work closely with creative, product and management team to provide feedback, establish processes, and develop product offering

  • Brainstorm and iterate on current processes and offerings to improve product and better serve clients

  • Perform additional duties as assigned or required (this is a startup, there is always something new coming up!)

What we’re looking for:

  • 3 to 5 years experience in a client-facing role in digital marketing, eCommerce, or social media

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, both internally and client-facing

  • Strategic thinker with analytical experience, attention to detail, and confidence in leading client engagements

  • Must have excellent written and verbal skills, adaptability and positive attitude required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent number of years of experience

  • Proficiency in Excel

The Accounting Analyst role is a challenging opportunity to learn the complexities of CRM’s structures and products in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. Utilizing strong accounting, analytical and communication skills, this role will serve as the accountant for selected product lines within CRM. This role works closely with other CRM functions including Operations, Middle Office, Credit, Marketing, and Trading. Principle Accountabilities:
45% Execute daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting processes, including performing account reconciliations, p&l


reconciliations, following/enhancing control processes and researching/problem solving trade related issues.


20% Ensure month-end corporate financial and tax reporting requirements are met. This will require reviewing and


understanding trading activity within the trial balance and an understanding of how new business or changes in business activity should be properly reported.


20% Produce internal management reporting and value-added analysis to the business.


15% Participate in business process enhancements, project work, and other ad-hoc requests


Qualifications


Required:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance


2+ years accounting experience


Experience with general ledger reconciliations and P&L analysis


Thrives in a fast paced environment


Enjoys dealing with multiple priorities and urgent requests


Deep curiosity; learns complex subjects quickly


Strong analytical and problem solving skills


Strong verbal and written communication skills


Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative to solve problems
