Innovation Project Manager - Olapic - New York, NY

Olapic is the original earned content platform for consumer brands, fueling marketing programs across all channels with images and videos from real people, uniting engagement and conversion to create powerful branded experiences. A badged member of Facebook Marketing, Instagram and Pinterest Partner programs, Olapic’s proprietary technology curates consumer photos and videos from a range of social media sites, and enables brands to determine which content is most effective in driving engagement, and conversion. Olapic is headquartered in New York City with offices in California, Cordoba, Argentina, The United Kingdom, France, and Germany.

Olapic is seeking an innovation project manager to join a growing team creating and developing a new product offering to enhance our current suite of products.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and execute processes to bring goals of project to fruition
  


• Manage relationship with early adopters of new product offering
  


• Manage timelines and deliverables internally and externally
  


• Ensure clients are seeing the full value of the offering and providing actionable, useful feedback to the team
  


• Work closely with creative, product and management team to provide feedback, establish processes, and develop product offering
  


• Brainstorm and iterate on current processes and offerings to improve product and better serve clients
  


• Perform additional duties as assigned or required (this is a startup, there is always something new coming up!)
  

What we’re looking for:

• 3 to 5 years experience in a client-facing role in digital marketing, eCommerce, or social media
  


• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, both internally and client-facing
  


• Strategic thinker with analytical experience, attention to detail, and confidence in leading client engagements
  


• Must have excellent written and verbal skills, adaptability and positive attitude required
  


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent number of years of experience
  


• Proficiency in Excel
