Sales Coordinator - Olapic - New York, NY

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to serve as an assistant to our Enterprise Sales Director. The Sales Coordinator will provide administrative support and will be involved in both the pre-sale and post-sale process. The Sales Coordinator will also help other departments implement and execute key business strategies sold through by the Enterprise Sales Director.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Salesforce CRM management on behalf of the Enterprise Strategy Director

  • Working in conjunction with Marketing on creating sales enablement materials ie. decks, one sheets

  • Attend in person meetings/ and or calls in order to assist in follow up

  • Calendar management

  • Interdepartmental coordination for kick off calls

What we’re looking for:

  • General understanding of the industry and sales environment

  • BA/BS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.

  • Working Salesforce knowledge

  • Excellent people skills and willingness to learn sales

  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks and assignments

  • Confident

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Creative problem solver willing to go above and beyond
