Job Description A key priority to achieving success in our Firm is Global Delivery Model (GDM). Within the Tax Line of Service (LoS), the GDM model focuses on developing Service Delivery Centers (SDCs) to perform routine tax activities that are high volume, low risk and non-client facing. The SDCs will focus on leveraging technology and standardized processes with a critical focus on efficiency. The SDC’s will be home to many of our critical business processes being delivered to PwC’s Tax clients and also manage global Delivery Center services. Tax currently has many high priority positions that are critical to the development, implementation and future of the Service Delivery Centers. Joining this growing part of our business will provide an opportunity to be a part of the transformation of the way the Tax LoS delivers client service. The Services team is charged with the identification and design of services to be delivered by our Tax SDCs. The Services team is responsible for developing service documentation for each service that will be delivered by the SDCs. Additionally, the Services team is responsible for developing training materials and conducting training for SDC Teams, which prepares the teams to take on new or enhanced services. Position/Program Requirements: Minimum Years of Experience: 5

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting


Certification(s) Required: CPA and/or Enrolled Agent


Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates extensive knowledge of designing and delivering training, especially for Service Delivery Centers, that includes, but is not limited to the following: creating process maps; using tools and reviewing checklists for deliverables; and, creating User Guides and developing training material that incorporate case studies.

Demonstrates extensive knowledge of leveraging standardized technology tools to continuously update and improve SDC training curriculum.

Demonstrates extensive knowledge of learning solutions and methods including instructional design, learning objectives, and major educational technologies, such as self-study and virtual classroom.

Demonstrates extensive knowledge of Corporate, partnership and/or SALT-related compliance, emphasizing how these areas interact with SDC models and operations.

Demonstrates a proven record of performing successfully in roles within a professional services firm.


Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates extensive ability to team with subject matter experts from the practice offices to incorporate standard compliance procedures into the SDC training curriculum.

Demonstrates extensive level of ability with facilitate training on various aspects of Service Delivery Centers to entry level staff.

Demonstrates extensive willingness and ability to travel to SDC sites to deliver training, including Tampa, India and Argentina.
