We are seeking a VP of Sales to lead a team of 4-5 sales executives covering major agencies and clients in the US Hispanics market. The ideal candidate shall be based in New York or Chicago, but will also travel to work with the sales executives and the Client Service/Ad Ops team in Miami. The XXXXXX US Hispanic business today already has a 4 sales executives in NY, Chicago and Los Angeles and revenues are over $10M annually. The VP’s main role is to nurture and strengthen the team and significantly increase revenues.


The candidate must have at least 4-6 years of experience in online or mobile media sales, developing marketing partnerships, and calling on ad agencies and potential client direct customers, as well as a proven track record managing a sales team. A strong background in understanding digital media planning and media buying, authoring online media partnerships, integrations, and a strategic selling aptitude outside of traditional banners is also required.


You will be responsible for:
Managing a team of 4-5 Sales Executives across the United States (currently NY, Chicago, Los Angeles)


Acting as the single point of contact and relationship manager with top-tier branded advertising agencies and clients.


Evangelizing and prospecting into ad agencies, top tier online advertisers, performance clients, etc.


Consulting with customers on their marketing needs and providing creative solutions.


Coordinating with Client Services and Sales Ops (based in Miami and Bogota) to oversee proper execution and campaigns and insure alignment with customer objectives.


Forecasting, tracking and reporting sales performance.


Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue quotas.


Qualifications:
4-6 years’ experience selling digital advertising


Proven track record managing a team of sales executives


Proven ability to understand customer needs and develop creative and innovative branding solutions


Deep understanding of the US Hispanic Market/Pan Regional Market with regards to digital and mobile


Extensive contacts with Hispanic Ad Agencies and brands.


Bilingual (English / Spanish) is preferred but not required


Great communication skills


Self-motivated and highly proactive


Available to travel within the US

Establish management routines, vehicles, performance and development plans for Execution Specialists, develops and leads roadmap of activities to accomplish baseline communications across GBS

Liaise with Corporate Communications partners (PAC) to support and align with Company-wide initiatives and messaging to ensure strong connection to Company priorities and business activities.

Serve as external media connection to Public Affairs partners in cases of GBS changes, announcements and communications that may spark media interest of coverage, as well ensuring GBS external presentations across all lines of business are consistent with external media and communications guidelines.

As part of Global Change Practice leadership team, help lead Global Change Practice routines, processes and activities, build community and visibly demonstrate change leadership capability.

What you need to be successful


As you will work across all geographies of GBS and business teams and environments, being multi-lingual will be a plus but is not mandatory. You will, however, profit from cultural sensitivity and an open mindset .


In this role you will lead a team of Communications Specialists and interpret the GBS vision and mission in creative, meaningful ways that ultimately move GBS associates from understanding to ownership. Therefore, effective communications and engagement routines will need to be created and evolve over time reflecting specific audiences, history, cultural context, organization and individual leadership styles. Furthermore, a strong alignment between the Coca-Cola Connect team, Coca-Cola Studios creative staff, GBS leadership team and PAC partners will be required.

As Communications Strategy Lead you will develop specific, relevant and understandable communications and engagement activities that will resonate with a broad range of GBS and client stakeholders from senior executives to line employees in different locations around the world. So you will need the capability to build effective, scalable and repeatable communications strategies for use in direct, targeted, tactical communications emerging from change initiatives from the Change Lead and Change Execution Specialists that will be executed by the Communications Specialists.


If on top of all of that you are a strong influencer and decision-maker and have a good sense for making choices about most effective communications and engagement routines and vehicles, adopting strategies that are informed by industry best practices , you’re just the one we’re looking for.


Education : Bachelor´s Degree mandatory, Master´s Degree preferred.


Related Work Experience: This role requires a minimum of 7-10 years deep experience in designing and delivering communications in a global environment, in consulting and in enterprise-wide communications.

Active membership in industry organizations (e.g. IABC International Association of Business Communicators or PRSA) helpful

Position Overview As Capability Deployment and Training Strategy Lead you will be responsible for the strategy, oversight, implementation and execution of key Global Business Services (GBS) programs to a broad base of GBS associates around the world through leading the design, development and implementation of solutions that increase the knowledge, skills and abilities of our associate and client base.

Key Responsibilities


Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership

by leveraging innovative approaches and best practices (e.g. eLearning tools and/or other technologies) to L&D programs to establish, review, update, and maintain scalable, repeatable Global Finance (GF) L&D program solutions for expanded Finance programs.

in executing the GF L&D strategies created in partnership with global counterparts (Finance and Operational leaders), that provides ongoing Business and Finance Acumen L&D opportunities to a broad base of global Finance and Non-Finance clients in a fast-paced work environment across the expanded GF L&D curriculum.

Program Management: Lead the design, development, implementation of key GBS capability programs, including multiple learning platforms (eLearning, instructor led) for associates to acquire and/or maintain shared services capability.

Delivery: Deliver GBS training as program facilitator and/or instructor, expanded to include leading and managing the global delivery of leadership and customer service programs and related content. Build and maintain relationships with senior GBS leaders, HR BPs and Global Talent and Development COE teams to deliver quality and efficient capability-building solutions. Responsibilities also include building and managing line of business facilitator and supplier instructor relationships across the globe where programs are delivered, to maintain strong base, as well as developing and executing train-the-trainer opportunities targeted to recruit, coach and develop new GBS instructors.

Manage expectations and build strong collaborative win-win relationships with partners to deliver on key goals. Gather appropriate information through skilful questioning and active listening. Partner with clients to identify the right solutions to business learning and development solutions and change-management challenges. Contract specific deliverables and deadlines with internal clients, based on effective diagnostic studies. Manage client expectations effectively. Partner with clients to define strategy development to scale existing and new curriculum to build world class learning and development for Finance and non-Finance clients.

The role responsibilities require shared services business acumen, company knowledge, and a holistic view of learning and development to provide the right solutions to the GBS organization:


Primary liaison between GBS HR Leader and SBPs, HR L&D, GBS Change Leads and GBS Senior Leaders to support demand for associate and manager GBS capability to drive differentiation and competitive advantage.

Support program design responsibilities with key leaders for GBS capabilities: Service, Operational and Talent Excellence by providing consultation on solutions which often include design, development, program management and delivery of specific training curriculum.

Support design, development and delivery of all program curriculum, workshops, facilitator training, site leaders and ultimately program sessions for all associates and managers.

Develop comprehensive adult learning strategies, frameworks, suppliers and tools and establish repeatable, effective approach for all GBS training, including training requirements emerging from Change Leads strategic change plans and activities.

Provide consultation and recommendations to business leaders on the Company’s existing GBS solutions, and where identified, include the design, creation, management and execution of new programs, to deliver GBS solutions based on client needs.


What you need to be successful


As your role will be to identify and leverage best-in-class solutions and creating new, innovative ones to meet the GBS capability development needs and challenges, knowing what is available and reaching out to SMEs as relates to the use of technology to deliver training will be crucial.


The communication in this role will be focused internally across all levels of the GBS organization, widely with the senior leadership team. Therefore, excellent customized communication, presentation, stakeholder and influencing as well as negotiating and consulting skills will be required to be a successful Capability Deployment and Training Strategy Lead.


In addition, you should bring along a strong general business acumen , high personal integrity , common sense, strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, high-energy and a results-oriented approach .


This role will work across and with teams in diverse locations around the world. Key Requirements


MBA preferred, or requisite experience.

10+ years of experience in shared services, related or similar business, and Learning and Development training related roles.

An inherent ability for teaching, developing and coaching others.

Ability to balance the strategic nature of the role with tactical implementation and deal with ambiguity.
