CHIEF RELATIONSHIP OFFICER


The Chief Relationship Officer (CRO) will report to the CEO. The primary goal of the position is to oversee the relationship management and generation of investment and philanthropic funds. With a focus on building a robust capital sourcing program, S/he will help support Pro Mujer’s strategic initiatives and ongoing programs by fulfilling the organization’s capital needs. The CRO will play a key role as Pro Mujer becomes a large-scale platform that aggregates both for-profit and non-profit impactful solutions.


This newly created position will report directly to the CEO and provides general oversight of all of the organization’s funding and development activities, manages the day to-day operations of the development function, and monitors adequacy of activities through coordination with staff, appropriate committees, and board of directors. The CRO will manage a diverse global team of professionals responsible for relations with investors and donors.


S/he must be able to build investor and donor relationships across multiple generations, from millennials to long-term philanthropists, and to oversee donor development activities including major gifts, foundation giving, planned giving, corporate giving and outright/restricted gifts. The CRO must be able to connect, build trust, and inspire investors and donors to view their investments as economic expressions of their values.


The ideal candidate will be a proactive, strategic thinker and problem-solver.


KEY PRIORITIES


The CRO must build and cultivate meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships based on trust on behalf of Pro Mujer (PM). The candidate will bring new insights into working with potential partners, impact investors, Development Finance Institutions, corporate foundations, family foundations, family offices and wealth advisors that represent clients who seek to better align their investing with their values.


The CRO must develop and implement successful funding mechanisms and promising emerging sources of investment and philanthropic capital in support of the Pro Mujer mission. Working with the PM executive leadership team and the Development Committee of the Board, the CRO will help develop an innovative strategic and tactical plan to generate capital from existing and untapped sources.


The CRO will design and assure implementation of cost-effective fund development programs and financing alternatives , maintaining an acceptable level of quality and solid return on investment.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


Creates Pro Mujer’s investor and development fundraising strategy to support programs and projects.


Monitors the annual financial investment and philanthropic fundraising plans and addresses gaps as they arise.


Liaise with CEO and CFO for financial strategy and planning, including budgeting, financial projections and financing alternatives for proposed investments and acquisitions.


Oversees the development of grant funding opportunities and relationship building with foundations and corporate donors:


  • Ensures outstanding grant proposal preparation and submissions.

  • Fosters and stewards relationships with foundations, corporate and major donors and prospects; organizes donor cultivation activities, including campaigns, internet and social-media outreach, and other fundraising events.

  • Works directly with the CEO, Board Members and Development team on the identification, strategy, cultivation and solicitation of prospects and donors.

  • Develops planned giving opportunities and collaborates on communication materials.

Responsible for business development and investor relationship building:


  • Supports negotiations with institutional lenders and impact investors.

  • Works as part of a team to review and develop investment decisions, including performing detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis and preparing written investment recommendations.

  • Supports our business development in the region.

  • Builds and maintain strong and productive relationships with clients, co-investors and partners.

  • Scans the broader private equity and impact marketplaces for potential investors.

  • Supports due diligence enquires, fundraising roadshows, communication and KYC assessments on investors.

Leads a team of global investor and donor relations development staff.


Supervises management of our CRM system and partners’ portal.


Attends executive, Board and committee meetings as necessary.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


A passion for Pro Mujer’s mission.


Proven track-record building relationships and a strong network in Latin America and abroad; Social finance and impact investing network a plus.


Seven or more years of senior level management and leadership experience in fundraising and capital development expertise. Venture capital and private equity investment experience a plus.


Degree in business administration, public administration, finance, economics, or a MBA is highly desirable.


Familiarity with a wide variety of hybrid financing resources, including philanthropic capital, debt, equity and guarantees, etc.


Competency with budget management. Financial analysis forecasting, financial systems and fund design a plus.


Spanish and English fluency required.


Experience working with donor databases. Salesforce experience a plus.


A flexible management and communications style. Able to lead and adapt to change quickly and deal with diverse groups.

We are currently seeking a Project Geologist in our Fernley, NV location. The Project Geologist will develop and oversee mineral exploration, reserve development projects, deposit modelling, reserve estimation, ore quality, and develop both Life of Mine (LOM) and 5 year plans at various sites/projects held by Company. This position holds no direct reports.


Data from analysis is foundation of all reserve estimation and modelling for all diatomite and perlite world-wide. Life of mine estimations are based on the results generated from analysis and modelling. Applications of mined and target minerals are generated from analysis of tests. Geological work including drilling, sampling, and geo-modelling is required for reserve calculation and mine feasibility reporting.


Domestic travel required is 50%.


International travel required is 20%.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Carry out and be fully responsible for all designated geological work including detailed interpretation of such work, with view to economic feasibility of deposit being assessed. This will include, but not limited to: field mapping, drilling, pit surveying, core logging, data entry, geo-modeling, and reserve estimation. This will require extensive field work in challenging environments including countries outside the United States, such as Turkey, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Argentina, China, and various European Countries. (60%)

  • Develops short (5 year plans) and long term mine plans (Life of Mine). (25%)

  • Monitor crude quality as delivered to mineral processing facilities and its relation to the geology and mineralogy of deposit. This will require working in production and unionized environments. Will also require interaction with senior plant superintendents and forming an understanding of the complex mineralogical processing facilities and the inherent effects of crude quality. (10%)

  • Conducts exploration/development drilling at various sites assigned by Mine Planning Manager. (5%)

  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum acceptable degree is Masters (6 years at accredited institution of higher education) and 5 years work experience in exploration geology.

    • Previous experience performing exploration, pit, and trench mapping

    • Direct experience with drill management, including drill hole planning, drill, budgeting, RQD, and drill core logging and sampling.

    • Previous experience developing geologic models, including lithologic and grade models

    • Experience working in western North American Cordillera.

    • Completion of 5-6 week capstone field course

    PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience working in perlite and diatomite considered highly desirable.

    • Familiarity with GEOVIA software, such as GEMS, Surpac, and Minex (Minex is a Plus), AutoCAD, and GIS (preferably MapInfo or ArcGIS).

    • Experience generating reserve and resource estimates using PERC, JORC, and/or NI 43-101 reserve reporting codes.

    • Previous surveying experience is a plus.

    • Familiarity with Leica GPS and Total Station operation

    • Previous experience working in production setting considered a plus.

    • Ideal candidate would have performed all necessary geological work for operation quarry including drilling, logging core, geo-modeling, mineral analysis, and crude quality control.

Evaluates air, water, and land systems to determine if they meet regulatory and good management practices, and assists wineries to implement appropriate corrective action if necessary. Manages engineering projects from design through installation and commissioning focusing on operational and infrastructure projects with environmental regulatory, energy conservation, and pollution reduction implications.

    The role is targeted at the Associate Level with 2-3 years of experience. The successful candidate will work closely with the financial control, trade support, FO & various controller teams along with other operational partners as necessary to support the trading desk.


    Key Responsibilities


    Report daily P&L for the various CEM desks as well as liaising with Accounting and Financial Control teams who reconcile to the GL.


    Provide detailed explanation of P&L by market movements and risk on products such as FX, rates and derivatives.


    Analyze FX and market risk and provide risk positions to the Front Office, Finance and Market Risk teams.


    Reconcile daily P&L report between FO and Risk Management Systems.


    Participate in projects partnering with Business Management, Technology and Operations that involve analyzing, implementing and enhancing new products and procedures.


    Gather information from Front Office to report daily P&L estimates and investigate and resolve trader disagreements with P&L.


    Work closely with Traders to address any queries they may have ranging from trade capture to P&L.


    Building and sustaining strong working relationships with Back, Middle and Front Offices as well as CFOs & Legal Entity Controllers (both internal and external from Emerging Markets).


    Understand and ensure compliance with control and regulatory requirements.


    Participate in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives – I.T. projects, system implementation and testing.


    Identify process and control improvements and maintain control checks in all spreadsheets

    Has worked in an finance, business management, P&L or risk or operations/middle office department with 2-3 years experience


    Experience working with the Front Office for problem resolution in a timely manner.


    Experience with Transaction Systems or Trade Support and understanding of the Transaction Life Cycle


    Ability to adapt to opportunities presented through change


    Knowledge of fixed income, derivatives, FX and inflation products


    Understand P&L concepts such as Mark-to-Market, present value, carry and Greeks


    Familiarity with accounting and financial control procedures.


    Self-motivated, excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines


    Highly skilled at problem solving with a logical and tenacious approach


    Prepared to question the norm where appropriate and ability to challenge and improve the efficiency of existing processes


    Proficient with Excel


    Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills


    Systems Experience


    MS Suite of applications


    Experience with TSS/STS, ISIS a plus


    Prior knowledge of JP Morgan Financial Systems suite and any accounting experience would be advantageous

    Responsibilities:


    • Answer inbound customer service phone inquiries related to InComm financial service cards (Visa, MIO and others) in accordance with the Financial Services Customer Service Manual; or related training material

    • Handle all phone inquiries related to Fast card PIN’s, Carrier PIN’s, Bellsouth and other related long distance cards powered by Fastcard or the parent company (Interactive Communications). Based on training Customer Service training manuals and other related materials provided by InComm.

    • Answer calls in timely manner in accordance with InComm goals for call intake;

    • Provide timely, accurate and courteous responses to the customers concerns or questions in accordance’s with Incomm’s regulations.

    • Receive Cardholder Visa Card registration calls and order Visa Cards via the Customer Service website;

    • Perform basic Cardholder Customer Service functions in an accurate, timely and courteous manner; i.e. Lost/Stolen Cards, forgotten PINs.

    • Perform redemption of a pin for a customer that is having an issue with using the IVR (i.e. Process trouble tickets on issues regard the customer lost of minutes, Redeem PIN for Cingular customers based on they have monthly account and not a prepay account.)

    • Perform inquiries for customer calling regarding their Long Distances cards; (i.e. Review the cost to call certain countries (Argentina, Mexico, etc.), Reload customer’s reloadable Long Distances card with the customer credit card information, Process trouble tickets on regarding charge in question, Process trouble tickets on issues regard the lost of minutes)

    • Follow Escalation Event procedures in accordance with Incomm’s Customer Service Manual. (i.e. Duplicate PIN, PIN added to the incorrect account by Customer Care, Potential fraud issues)

    • Document Cardholder Customer Service activities;

    • Follow Escalation Event procedures in accordance with Financial Services Customer Service Manual. (i.e. Chargebacks, disputes, potential fraud, etc.)

    • Understand, utilize and adhere to the Financial Services Customer Service Manual to govern Customer Service Activities;

    • Understand, utilize and adhere to SnapPay/MIO desktop application, Payment Manager, and proper navigation of www.miocard.com .

    • Answer inbound customer service email inquiries related to InComm financial service cards (ATM, Visa, MIO and others) in accordance with the Financial Services Customer Service Manual or related training material and Answer inbound Fast card customer service email inquiries related to InComm Ecommerce online service cards (www.fastcard.com)in accordance with the Ecommerce Customer Service Manual; or related training material

    • Meet reporting requirements as designated by Supervisor or other InComm Management; including but not limited to AUX time, quality scores, hold time, and availability.

    • Other Financial Services Customer Service activities as designated by Supervisor or other InComm Management.

    Qualifications:

    • Must be able to sit for an 8 hour shift while talking to customers through a headset and use a computer to read and enter information.

    • High school degree or equivalent.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical.

    • Bilingual (Spanish/English or French/English) is required.

    • Basic windows computer, internet and MS Office skills are needed.

    • 2 years customer service experience required, prior call center experience preferred.

    • Financial Card (ATM, Visa, MasterCard, etc.) customer service experience ideal.
