As a Client Solutions Architect, your primary role will be technical solution enablement for the client’s Intranet as a Service platform. This position will entail technical pre-sales support activities, business translation of customer’s requirements in to technical specification, and the creation of engaging solutions for clients. You will be responsible for assisting with solution requirement definition, and working with our development and engineering teams to scope configurations/customizations. You will have the opportunity to work with and learn the latest Microsoft solutions in a fast paced dynamic work environment. Your role will approach solutions with a Mobile first, Cloud first thinking- Including a focus and expertise around responsive design. This role is client facing. - Working closely with customers and the business team to drive customer success
- Supporting Microsoft SharePoint Online (’16) and O365 and Azure cloud services
- Supporting upgrades and migrations for clients
- Working with the sales team on sales strategies, presales assistance, and producing proposal content as needed
- Creating functional design specifications, wireframes, and well translated implementation plans
- Provide architecture review, and project milestone sessions for project sponsors
- Delegate responsibilities and priorities to our development staff in the UK and Argentina.
- Strategize on new features that can be considered for our roadmap.

- 3-5 years in working with SharePoint and 1-2 years with Office 365 and Azure, passion for Microsoft collaboration and cloud products
- Strong analysis skills; the ability to make critical business recommendations and think strategically
- Credible and professional presence; ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of SharePoint API and Object Model
- Good understanding of the SharePoint security and compliance model
- The ability to travel 0-25%
What would differentiate me from other candidates?
- Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint Online implementation and/or migration experience
- Previous consulting and presales experience
- Technical, planning and design experience with:
- SharePoint Globalization and Localization
- Information architecture
- Physical topologies and services architecture
- Farm performance and availability; disaster recovery and availability; infrastructure capacity
- Integration to line of business and 3rd party systems; client application services deployment
- Agile delivery methods
