Reporting to the Human Resources Director we have an exciting role for a HR Business Partner to join our US HR team in stunning Sonoma County, California supporting our Kenwood Vineyards & Mumm Napa operational sites.

As the onsite Business Partner you will be responsible for;

You will be passionate about contributing to a positive HR brand and an environment where employees feel valued and work with us to improve the employee experience by challenging our traditional methods, streamlining our practices and collaborating with us to shape and transform our HR brand. You will help drive & shape our company culture enhancing employee engagement whilst supporting the company’s business objectives to deliver exceptional results.

Not only will you be a team player with a strong work ethic you will be a self-starter with strong influencing and partnering skills with a solutions orientated mindset and a passion for providing a high level of service to all employees.

Spanish speaking and knowledge of California employment law coupled with previous experience working in an operational environment is highly desirable.
