Bazooka Candy Brands (BCB), the confectionery division of The Topps Company, is seeking an Associate Brand Manager for our New York City headquarters; with iconic brands including Ring Pop, Push Pop, Bazooka Bubblegum, & Juicy Drop, BCB is one of the leading manufacturers & innovators of non-chocolate confections in the US.

Responsibilities:
Role & Responsibilities

As an Associate Brand Manager, you will make a tangible contribution to Topps through: Own specific initiatives aimed at driving the business Contribute to creating the brand vision & strategy for assigned brands, and executing against those strategies Assist in managing, creating & executing annual business plans (insights, media, advertising, etc.) for assigned brands to ensure efficient & effective use of marketing budgets Contribute to driving innovation for assigned brands, including project management ownership Assisting the Brand Manager in driving the assigned businesses to meet revenue & profit targets, ensuring accurate forecasts are given Partner with both headquarters & field sales force to develop & implement customer marketing programs Monitor & analyze business performance (sales & IRI), including developing & recommending action plans Monitor and track monthly budgets
