Title: Account Executive, Law

Location: Chicago, IL

Engagement: Full-Time

Duties:
Lead targeted sales campaigns for national and international law firms and internal corporate legal departments

Establish meaningful relationships with clients through specific knowledge of their industry and operations

Meet with business owners of new and existing processes to understand scope and objectives

Understand and manage law specific and general requests from multiple business owners at each law firm and orchestrate meaningful and productive client meetings

Manage scope of requirements which includes Case Management/Matter Management Systems, Document Management Systems, Litigation Support Systems, and Legal Document Authoring Tools

Identify performance improvement opportunities for clients, focusing on testing, project management, and business analysis as well as other IT and business needs

Utilize a solution selling methodology to meet business needs with appropriate Olenick services

Forecast monthly sales goals, build a substantial pipeline, and produce measureable and significant results

Attend networking events and conferences to build clientele relations and community support Required Skills:

Five years of relevant work experience selling services or software to large law firms

Possess a solid understanding of Case Management/Matter Management Systems, Document Management Systems, Litigation Support Systems, and Legal Document Authoring Tools

Possess an understanding of the challenges related to integrating disparate systems for the desktop

Possess a cultural understating of how law firms are organized and conduct day-to-day business

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field

Must have excellent oral and written presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings, work with business users who validate project results, and access internal subject matter experts when appropriate

Must be able to write SOWs and proposals

Demonstrated record of selling IT Consulting services within the Legal Vertical

Experience using Salesforce.com or other leading CRMs

Ability to travel 50%
