Position Description:
The Global CompuSafe Technology department is responsible for providing the CompuSafe and Recycler related applications and technologies to our businesses in the United Stated, Canada, Mexico, Panama, Colombia and Argentina.
The Business Analyst reports to the Manager of Global CompuSafe Technology.
Position Qualifications:
- Achieve and maintain an excellent understanding of the CompuSafe and Recycler Line of Business and a good understanding of the Money Processing and Cash In Transit Lines of Business.
- Achieve and maintain an excellent understanding of the CompuSafe and Recycler device operations and software applications and technologies used for our lines of business.
- Analyze and document the business processes and best practices of our lines of business.
- Identify areas of improvement within and among countries and collaborate to identify new business opportunities for the CompuSafe and Recycler Line of Business
- Configure off-the-shelf software solutions to fit the specific business processes.
- Specify and design required interfaces, reports, and customizations.
- Prepare and execute testing of interfaces, reports, and customizations.
- Train end users in the use of the implemented solutions.
- Support the go live activities for solutions implementations.
- Provide support to implementations in production
- Research and define the functional architecture and requirements for CompuSafe and Recycler solutions.
- Support countries in a variety of CompuSafe and Recycler related IT projects and questions regarding process and functionality related issues
- Contribute to the development of the Global CompuSafe Technology department
Work experience
- Minimum five years relevant work experience and have spent the last three years in a position dealing with application implementation, successfully completing a number of application implementation projects.
- General knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Application Lifecycle Management.
- Experienced working with end users and working with suppliers.
- Experience and affinity with the logistic services industry.

Education:
