Front Desk Agent- PM Shift – Hotel Quality Suites Royale Parc Suites – Kissimmee, FL $9.00-10.00 an hour based on experience
The Quality Suites Royale Parc Suites located in Kissimmee, FL, 1.5 miles from Walt Disney World, has an immediate need for a Front Desk Agent- PM Shift. The primary responsibility is to ensure efficient and complete guest registration, serving and check-out procedures. Select room assignments, ensure credit is obtained and collect payment upon arrivals for departures. Must balance work on each shift. Create a high level of guest satisfaction to increase guests’ service level standards to meet and exceed the guests’ expectations. Block rooms for incoming VIP’s and groups. Assist in all front office, reservation and other guest related areas as required. Offer friendly and courteous service at all times. Bilingual candidates in Portuguese highly preferred

Interested applicants should have thorough knowledge and understanding of Choice Advantage PMS and Choice Hotels policy and procedures. Should have thorough knowledge of all aspects of hotel operations. Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively select, motivate, develop, and retain staff. Ability to manage change effectively with clear, concise written and verbal communication skills. Team building effectiveness with superb organizational skills to include time management, delegation and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Good knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office Programs; diplomacy skills and ability to build effective relationships. Ability to walk and stand for hours at a time. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as business requires. Possess drive to create a fun, rewarding and professional work environment. Must be able to lift 15 pounds occasionally.
