Sales Senior Manager - Toyota Boshoku America (TBA) - Novi, MI
Serve as main sales contact for all regions in TBA ((Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, USA, Japan and Europe). Supervise all current accounts which are non-Toyota business (BMW, Daimler, Audi, VW, Ford and GM). Manage and lead all quotation activity, deliver presentations for new customer programs or new products, and sell primarily in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and USA. Facilitate communication between customer and TBA upper management during the quotation phase of a new project. Assist managing some cost planning activities (1-2 programs) utilizing existing resources.
Essential Job Functions:
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements :
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sales/Marketing or other related field required, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Master’s degree preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of relevant sales experience required.
- Minimum 6 years of functional leadership experience as a supervisor or manager.
- Prior experience in automotive or manufacturing preferred.

- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Excellent leadership skills
- Understanding of profit & loss
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- German, Spanish, Portuguese, and/or Japanese Preferred

Travel: 10-15% of the time to visit customers, required.
