Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to be responsible for sales of Topps products in our growing US Sales Growth Channel. You will be tasked with growing new markets for our products with emphasis on the soccer and sticker markets. The successful candidate must possess persuasion, influence and negotiation skills to drive sales and accomplish goals, which support the strategic business plan. The qualified candidate must be passionate about driving sales. Success in this role will provide future career growth opportunities in sales roles within Topps. We need a fast learner who is focused on achieving results as part of a team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop business plans for accounts within your segment.

  • Forecast and deliver on sales goals.

  • Handle all aspects related to accounts base, such as sales planning, forecasting, presenting, and in some cases account support.

  • Closely interact and drive programs with Marketing, Brand, Credit, Logistics, Trade Marketing and Sales Administration.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible and changing environment.

  • Identify and secure relationships with new customers and then expand our portfolio of products within the customer base.

  • Able to demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, able to perform with minimal supervision, self-directed with a creative, entrepreneurial spirit.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 – 3 plus years’ experience with a consumer products or company with a sports focus. Experience in selling soccer or trading card products strongly preferred.

  • Interest in developing a professional sales career

  • Strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task

  • Proven negotiating skills and must be results driven

  • Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and web-based applications

  • Strong analytical skills – able to analyze data and recommend next steps

  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

  • Must possess excellent presentation skills and ability to persuade

  • Excellent relationship building skills and ability to influence

  • Able to work effectively in a team environment

  • Approximately 30% travel required; must have valid driver’s license
