Executive Assistant to Chief Product Officer - MuleSoft - San Francisco, CA

About the Position:
As Executive Assistant to the Chief Product Officer, you will also provide support to our Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Products. You are at the center of the team’s activities, keeping them focused by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment, stay up to date with the latest MuleSoft products and services, and use your acumen to strategically support your team’s priorities. This leadership team is responsible for various functions including product management, UX, documentation, engineering, and architecture.

This position offers daily exposure to thought leaders in the tech space, senior level executives, and a world class product and engineering team. This person will be based in our our San Francisco headquarters, but will regularly interface with our teams in Buenos Aires, Argentina, as well as new potential R&D locations.

Position Deliverables:
30 Days:

• Master the art of managing various executive calendars, projects, logistics, and reporting around key department initiatives


• Anticipate the needs of our Chief Product Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and VP of Products

60 Days:

• Own all planning and management around product events including Quarterly Product Reviews, Product Meetups and Hackathons

After 90 Days:

• Improve the current processes to ensure scalability and efficiency for our global team


• Drive new and/or evolving operational strategies

About You:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience


• 3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment


• 3 years of large-scale event planning or project management experience
