Your Function:
Job Overview/Purpose:
This position is to satisfy the need for a credit administrative resource to support the processes related to the New York Credit Committee (NYCC) in the North America Wholesale (NAW) division of Rabobank.
Context of Job:
This position reports to the Head of Business Management Risk who is responsible for NYCC Coordination.
Cost centre owner/budget holder
Financial turnover of the department/function
Managing a team of people
Authorised signatory/checker of work
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Create NYCC agenda, receive and distribute all submissions for approval to NYCC attendees prior to NYCC meetings. These meetings generally take place 3 times per week
Work with administrative personnel to ensure NYCC meetings are scheduled accurately
Log all NYCC applications and decisions in internal tracking system, and process final minutes
Maintain credit/application review schedule
Approve and track risk ratings, loss given default and loan quality ratings for all NAW customers
Disseminate credit committee decisions on a timely and accurate basis. Effectively coordinate with NYCC secretary to ensure NYCC decisions/minutes are sent out to the relevant parties
Produce monthly Overdue review report to be submitted to Head Office
Produce monthly Overdue review and Action Items reports to be submitted to NYCC for discussion
Serve as point person to credit staff regarding NYCC related matters and decisions
Ensure adherence to NYCC procedures and act as ‘control point’ if credit applications do not meet requirements in procedures
Support NYCC secretary and members of NYCC as needed
Support data quality, process & control and other ad-hoc projects as needed

Credit Analysts and Relationship Managers in New York and the LPOs
AD-KRM analysts and appropriate Head Office personnel

Materials for NYCC meetings are distributed accurately and on timely basis
Decisions, final minutes including minutes from Head Office are properly recorded and disseminated
