Your Function:
Product Clients Support Officer (PCSO) assists the Front Offices in the pre-closing and closing phase of a transaction. After closing PCSO Support is responsible for monitoring all actions ( excluding credit compliance monitoring ) that are required to maintain the portfolio of transactions. CF Support instructs the loan and trade processing team for booking of transactions in relevant back office systems. CF Support also prepares periodically reports on development of Product Client portfolio and Credit Transfer and Credit Allocations for Branch related office especially for our Trade & Commodity Finance business.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Perform administrative duties of CF transactions/books
Input/maintain facilities information in Electronic Term Sheet System (ETS), ensuring accurate information
Coordinate funding with TRG using EFT
Input trades in Kondor for Subs books related to CF
Coordinate/provide booking instructions (ex. Rollovers, Draws/Payments) to the back office (ex. Loan and Trade Departments) if needed
Ensure the timely execution of administrative and funds flows
Reconcile cash inflows/outflows
Review trades to ensure they are booked correctly
Investigate P&L discrepancies with Finance and Loan/Trade Processing Departments
Reconcile commitment & outstanding reports
Responsible for the opening of CIFs and DDAs. Making sure due diligence is performed to satisfy compliance requirements.
Responsible for obtaining credit risk approval for Branch LC transactions and inputting details into ETS for the Trade dept.
Liaise on a daily basis with Credit Dept., Legal Dept., Operational department, COBs department and Compliance to ensure all facilities are monitored properly and updated as needed. Alert FO for any issues not falling within the agreed Credit Agreements.
Reconcile commitment & outstanding reports
Responsible for Closure/Cancellation of facilities
Maintain/update Support procedures
Prepare ad-hoc reports
Prepare Know-Your-Customer
Your Profile:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
Strong analytic and computer skills (Excel), attention to detail.
Minimum 5 years experience in similar functions or related education
Knowledge of credit products, derivatives, swaps, loan structures.
Job Skills and Knowledge:
Strong analytic and spreadsheet skill
Good understanding of loans and trades
Ability to learn and review credit and legal documents
Good Knowledge of back office and accounting process
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to seek additional information/ explanation for clarification when needs
Share information and knowledge appropriately with co-workers
Effective in communicating with others, within the bank and with clients
