Your Function:
As the EPS+ moves into execution mode. The Quality Management Structure required of all Rabobank major IT project needs to be established.The job holder will require effective communication with the Quality Assurance Manager for the EPS+ Program and also PMO work steam staff and the entities in North America. The role of the Quality Analyst is to provide detail quality reviews of the deliverables to the Quality Assurance Manager to reviewed and discussed with the various workstreams and Project Teams.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Work with Project Teams on review dates for deliverables

Adhere to Quality Standards of the IQAO

Provide clarity and concise reviews of Audit Artefacts

Analyze Data Flows to ensure Compliance in terms of data delivery, data lineage and validation processes

Strong QA Testing Skills

Able to undersatand Business Requirements documents as it relates to QA Test Plans and Coverage models

Work with the QA Manager to improve processes and communications with Workstreams

Generates test reports that clearly communicate test results, concerns, and project status to the QA Manager and Project Teams

Provide Metrics on all projects

Supports the Quality Assurance Manager to identify project risks and to develop mitigation strategies;

Interact with Work stream leads and members to ensure that Agile, Waterfall and Prince2 methodology checks on Program reporting is maintained.

Interact with colleagues, work stream leaders and external resource providers (consultants) in order to ensure timely reporting cadence within program governance bodies.

Work with PMO and consultants to help develop Business as usual (BAU) process flows for EPS+ End State governance model.

Development and automation of PMO reports where needed

Your Profile:
Qualifications:
Understanding the PMO environment and the operational and management level

At least two years working knowledge

At least 1 year auditing and/or review experience

Knowledge of Project Management or Prince2

Agile Knowledge

Desirable: Compliance

Job Skills and Knowledge:
Finance knowledge

QA Process Knowledge

Experience in QA Testing in all types: Functional, Integration, Target, black box, white box and knowledge of Automation

Strong understanding of Data Flows

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Ability to work well with individuals either via email and phone
