Your Function:
The Business Analyst primarily supports the Business Manager in making sure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This position is essential to the overall operations of the office but especially in terms of IT functions, performance reporting and back-up support.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic data sourcing/input for various performance/budget/pro-forma reports and ensuring accuracy and timely reports are available to monitor office performance and expenses
 - Assistance/Maintenance of IT systems, Communication network and security (including but not limited to software, hardware, phones, blackberrys) with facility contacts locally and in New York/Utrecht
 - Support office mandate on our CRM platform (value contract) – monitoring activity and progress of office by Relationship Manager
 - Support coordination of client visits, internal meetings, calls, communications, events – prepare material and coordinate follow up
 - Assistance Business Continuity Plan updates and maintenance
 
Additional responsibilities:
- Support Business Manager in sector responsibilities including but not limited to preparing presentations, data analysis
 - Handle special assignments and tasks as needed Your Profile:
 
Qualifications:
Ability to multi-task
Willingness to take direction, be proactive and learn from others
Deliver high quality results and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Communicate effectively in writing and orally
Eager to provide support to Business Manager in all areas of office and operational management
Strong organizational skills
Job Skills & Knowledge:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including PowerPoint presentations
Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills required (including macros/modelling) for different reports
Accounting knowledge
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
